What is the return policy?
Since every piece is made custom for each individual customer's specific measurements and color requests, we can not offer refunds. However, our goal is complete customer satisfaction with our services. If a product does not fit for any reason we are more than happy to alter it. Buyer must pay return shipping costs. Email khandirayco@gmail.com with your alteration requests. Please include a photo of you wearing the piece and/or a detailed description of the alteration needed, so we can ensure it fits you perfectly.
What is the estimated shipping time frame?
Each piece is individually crafted therefore please allow 5-8 business days from the date of purchase to receive your package.
